Langbo Glass furnace bubbling device
Working Principle:
The bubbler tube is inserted at the bottom of the kiln, and the intermittent gas (usually purified compressed air) is blown in from the bubbler tube, and the gas is pumped into the glass liquid, which produces some pressure bubbles in the deep layer of the glass liquid, and rapidly rises to the surface of the glass liquid and breaks. In the rising process of the bubble, the surrounding glass liquid flows upward to form a mechanical circulation flow, and stirs the glass liquid around, by bubbling, the cold glass at the bottom of the kiln is raised to the surface for heating.
Equipment features: flexible regulation, stable and reliable, energy saving and consumption reduction.
Bubbling equipment efficiency
1. Improve the heat transfer efficiency of glass;
2. Stable heap and bubble boundaries;
3. Reduce silica scum;
4. Increase output;
5. Reduce hot crown temperature and extend kiln
6. Improve the clarification and homogenization of glass
7. Reduce color loss.
